Section 3: Implementation Strategies
The decision to implement Scrum at scale requires executive-level support. More than that, it requires executive-level commitment directly from the CEO or business owner. No one else can make this type of decision as it affects every level of the organization, including governance policies, organizational structures, hiring decisions, compensation plans, corporate training and coaching programs, hiring external implementation consultants, the role and support of partners, performance metrics, and a host of other details. In short, scaled Scrum is an enterprise change initiative and ultimately needs to be treated that way. In this section, you will learn about various considerations and approaches to making a "best fit" decision for your scaled approach.
