Making OneNote a habit
If you don't develop the right habits with your technology, you may find yourself frustrated or giving up on new systems too soon. Understand that it takes time and energy to make anything a habit, so if you are committed to working smarter with OneNote, then you will need to commit to the habit of using it effectively.
Let me share with you my experiences of making OneNote a habit.
When I am working with a client and in consulting mode, I take endless amounts of notes. In fact, I admit I am an avid notetaker. So, before developing the habit of using OneNote effectively, I would carry around my laptop and a spiral notebook to all my client consulting sessions. I tried to use OneNote on my laptop, but I found myself reverting to the paper notebook too often, just because of convenience.
