Each quality attribute, such as performance or scalability, should have its own section in your document, with specific, testable requirements listed. Most of the QAs are measurable, so having specific metrics can do a world of good to resolve future questions. You can also have a separate section about the constraints that your project has.
With regard to wording, you can use the same EARS template to document your NFRs. Alternatively, you can also specify them as user stories using the personas that you defined in the context of this chapter.
