Writing the code
Like all of our previous robots, when writing code, you need to think about the goals of the build and what needs to be accomplished. For this robot, there are three objectives to accomplish. The code you will write will achieve the following three objectives:
- Activation of all four motors to move at the same speed and smoothness
- Easy access to turn the program on and off using the Intelligent Hub power button
- Customization of the speed in the program to operate properly
It is time to make sure that everything is properly connected.
The ports
This robot does not use sensors. You are using all four motors, so let's be sure that all the motors are properly plugged into the proper ports. You have two sets of motors where two motors are connected together. One of these sets of motors need to be plugged into ports F and B. The second motor set needs to be plugged into ports A and E.
