Building your own car robot
In this section, we will build a car robot. There are many options to implement your own robot. The following is a checklist of features that you may wish to consider when designing your car robot:
Objective: What kind of goals do you want to achieve in building a car robot? Just for fun, or research, or for a professional project?
MCU: What level of complexity will be involved in programming your robot? Is it enough to use an Arduino board, or would you need a complex MCU board, such as Raspberry Pi?
Battery: This is very important. You can choose battery models depending on the power lifespan that you require.
Sensors and actuators: Please use the appropriate sensors and actuators with your robot board. More sensors and actuators means you need more battery power. This also impacts on your robot's weight.
