Extracurricular Activities
In the previous chapter, we discussed the case study of a bank client and focused on building an imaginary story to put our learning into perspective. This chapter will continue to talk about the SA and its roles and responsibilities. As we discussed in the first chapter, the role of an SA is so vast and open-ended that it is tough to list all the tasks and activities that an SA does. That is why, in this chapter, I’ll introduce you to some of the extracurricular activities that an SA ends up doing that are considered an account- or practice-level contribution. These activities are not project-based but are more of an SA’s contribution towards the overall growth of the account or practice.
