Introduction to the Spreadsheet
Let’s start by giving you a broad explanation of the Spreadsheet. The Spreadsheet is a list that contains information about the locations of vertices, edges, faces, and so on. We can inspect their properties and much more in this handy addition to Blender. The Spreadsheet is mainly used to inspect geometry attributes and obtain info about the geometry of your objects.
We will go over all the different datasets that we can inspect in the Exploring the different datasets in the Spreadsheet section.
What does the Spreadsheet do?
The Spreadsheet allows you to display the different properties of the dataset that you want to obtain information from; for example, if you want to obtain information from all the vertices in your mesh, you can use the Spreadsheet to check the positions of all the vertices in their respective x, y, and z axes.
