Here is a whirlwind tour of the Customers and Orders tabs, covering the most useful functions that have not been covered so far.

Groups

Groups are potentially very useful. Not surprisingly, you can create groups and then add your customers to specific ones. The purpose is the interesting bit. You can then assign discounts to groups, and then all of the members of that group would qualify for that discount.
