Summary
This chapter covers one of the efficient features of PL/SQL programming—collections. We discussed and learned the three types of collections in PL/SQL. With the help of the illustrations, we understood their handling such as the selections and transactions in the database as well as in PL/SQL. We learned about the various collection methods and discovered the ways of collection initialization. The next chapter brings in a unique feature and one of the strengths of PL/SQL language—external procedures.
