Summary

ProVision® is a high-end, feature-rich, modeling environment that can be used to design and understand your business. It is a relational database that represents information such as models, text, and grids. Information can be imported and exported to other systems easily using industry standards such as XML and Microsoft Excel. A wide variety of publishing formats are supported.

Many ProVision® modelers can collaborate with each other using the server side Knowledge Exchange® to keep track of each object and ensure that only one person can make changes to an object at any one time. Knowledge Exchange® also enables stakeholders to monitor and comment on the models as they are being built. All they need is Internet Explorer and the appropriate permissions.

ProVision® includes basic multiuser features, allowing users to communicate and collaborate with each other, even without Knowledge Exchange®.
