Application reliability

Healthy, performant applications enable users in your organization to be productive. Review your current app reliability score and see how it compares to the selected baseline. Refer to the insights and recommendations to learn how to improve your app reliability score.

App reliability score provides IT admins with a high-level view of desktop application robustness across your environment. App reliability score is a number between 0 and 100. The score is calculated from the app reliability scores of each desktop application in your environment that's found in the App performance tab.

Each application on the App performance tab is assigned an App reliability score based on the following:

Crash frequency: For each app, there are two metrics:
- The total number of app crashes.
- The total usage duration over a 14-day rolling window is used to calculate the Mean time to failure value...
