Alan wants to change the requirement level of a few fields while the user creates a new case in the portal.
The steps for this are as follows:
- Go to Portals | Entity Form:
- Click on Customer Service - Create Case:
- Scroll down the form and find the Entity Form Metadata section:
- Click on the productid attribute metadata field:
- Scroll down to the Validation section and enable Field Is Required as shown:
- Save this record and check the portal. The Product field will be required by the portal:
