At the time of recording the Video Demo, you selected the transparent background image. If you wish to replace it with any other image, you can do so by following these steps:
- With the webcam feed still selected, go to the Properties inspector.
- Click the Change Background button.
- For Windows, use Windows Explorer to navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 2019 x64\Gallery\Webcam Background.
- For Mac, use the Finder to navigate to /Applications/Adobe Captivate 2019/Gallery/Webcam Background.
- Select any image from this folder and click Open. The new background is now applied to the webcam feed.
- Now, let's get back to the transparent background. For that, click the Change Background button again.
- Select the Screen.png image and click Open.Â
