Running Jira in safe mode

When you have different people installing apps in Jira, you can, at times, run into problems, but you might be unsure as to which app has caused a certain problem. In these cases, you can use the process of elimination by first disabling all the apps and re-enabling them one at a time.

Getting ready

Enabling safe mode will impact on your users, so make sure you plan accordingly before doing so.
