Summary

Automation solutions, like any other IT system, can become quite complex over time and require the involvement of a team of professionals, composed of business-focused people and IT developers. Splitting the work and organizing their collaboration requires tooling that will support the practice. To this effect, it is important to split the work into small, manageable chunks that are built incrementally and delivered to the team frequently.
