Summary
In this chapter, we learned about the virtual machine migration methodologies for VxRail in different scenarios, such as using vSphere Replication or VMware Storage vMotion. When we plan to migrate virtual machines into the VxRail system, we need to consider which method is best for our environment.
Over the past 10 chapters, we have covered an overview of the VxRail appliance and how to prepare the deployment of the VxRail appliance. We learned how to manage the virtual machine storage policy in a VxRail cluster, system scale-out, software upgrades, and so on. Finally, we acquired the skills for deploying both an active-passive solution and an active-active solution for VxRail.
