Developing a strategy
The objective of an observability tool is to analyze the data generated by applications and provide meaningful insights that can either improve the performance of the services or prevent outages and service disruptions. A carefully drafted tools strategy will provide an organization with a centralized platform or a set of compatible tools that can work with all the technology stacks used by the organization, as well as its operational framework. The tool strategy also needs to identify the functions and features that are required by the organization.
