It was an idea created by a group of bankers who wanted to cater to the financial needs of programmers. These bankers, also known as stakeholders, have hired a large team to build Coder Bank. The software team of Coder Bank has some project managers who make sure the project is going smoothly. As well as this, they have software engineers to build Coder Bank who specialize in a variety of domains such as web development, mobile development, testing, and security.
