Sharing Catalogs
In this section, you will share the catalogs created earlier with specific user groups. This is how administrators decide which users have access to which catalogs. Adobe Learning Manager distinguishes between the internal and external sharing of catalogs:
- Internal sharing refers to giving access to your catalog to learners defined within your account. These can be both internal and external learners. Indeed, both types of learners are defined within your ALM account, as discussed in Chapter 5, Managing Users.
- External sharing refers to giving access to your catalog to learners defined in other ALM accounts.
