Keeping the end in mind
As you create each notebook, not only do you need to plan out the structure, as you learned how to do in Chapter 3, Creating Notebooks, Sections, and Pages, but you also must keep the end in mind. Remember that as you populate your notebooks with all sorts of great information, you will want to access that information quickly and easily in weeks, months, and even years from now.
So, here is a list of tips to bear in mind:
- Make sure your notebooks flow: Once you land on the notebook name, you'll see the available sections. Ensure that this list of sections makes it easy for you to identify exactly what you will find there and where to go next. Then, in each of the sections, you have the pages listed. Again, once you select a section, the list of pages should make sense, and it should be easy for you to select the page that you need. Here is an example of the Health Safety notebook:
