There are two things you need if you are just learning VMware vRealize Orchestrator:- This book- To get your company to send you to the VMware Cloud Automation with vRO & PowerCLI course; the online version is very good too!This book is massively less expensive than the course!It's also well written and gives your all of the basics you need to know to get vRO/vRA running in a test environment so you can learn.I highly recommend it.

Thin on content and useless to an enterprise vRealize technician everything in this book is old news and easily available for free.
