A brief history of CodeMaid

Steve Cadwallader, a developer hailing from Indiana, has maintained the CodeMaid open source project since its inception. This extension has been available since 2007 and there are versions still available all the way back to Visual Studio 2005! Over the years, Visual Studio's out-of-the-box functionality has gradually incorporated many features that once were only available through CodeMaid.
