A Missing Column Heading

Consider the simple spreadsheet seen in Figure 3.5. As you can see, there is no definition for the second column heading. The second column heading is blank.

The first line of the internal definition is the same as the internal view seen in Figure 3.5, except there is no col(2) information. The internal view of this new spreadsheet would look like: “col(1) xlstab xlstab col(3) xlstab”.
