What are Amazon Web Services and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service?
You may have already heard of Amazon Web Services, or AWS, as we will refer to it. It was one of the first public cloud providers and has the largest market share at the time of writing (June 2024): 31%, with Microsoft Azure second at 25% and GCP third at 11%.
