Making the case
As we have now created a dimensionally accurate model of our mobile device, we have a collection of shapes to work from as we move on to making the case.
Making a copy of the phone model
The first thing we want to do is to make a copy of the phone model, as shown in Figure 20.13:

We can place one copy off to the side of the Workplane area, as shown in Figure 20.13, or hide it, as discussed in Chapter 4. With the other copy, we can set the main Box shape of the phone model to Solid, and then dimension this shape to be slightly larger than the Hole Box shape we had made to represent our phone, as shown in Figure 20.14:
