Summary
In this chapter, we built an entire shop! Well, almost. Hopefully, you’re feeling like you have enough knowledge to be dangerous, as my business partner Mallory says. We discussed the different parts of a Squarespace shop, learned how to set up digital, physical, service, and subscription products, and updated the look and feel of your detail pages, storefront, and checkout.
Going forward, we’ll get into more of Squarespace’s advanced features, building on the knowledge accumulated in this chapter and previous chapters, and get ever closer to launching your site in its entirety. Since we’re already talking about how we can continue to advance your site, we’ll next discuss member areas – another way you can monetize your ideas and content beyond an e-commerce shop.
