Summary
The PicoBoard makes Scratch programming tangible. We can hear the sounds we collect or feel the temperature we record through the analog ports. Scratch allows us to interpret those environmental stimuli through our projects whether we create a goofy talking head or more seriously chart measured data as part of an experiment.
The strength of the PicoBoard is that it gives us a new context to apply to our Scratch projects. We still use the same programming concepts, but the perspective of the information we have changes to things we can touch.
That's it! You have all the tools you need to turn your imagination and the imagination of your children into your very own mad scientists' laboratory.
Happy Scratching!
