Role of a B2C solution architect
The role of a B2C solution architect is a demanding one. Regardless of your background, you’re expected to have a working knowledge of several different products both at a functional and a technical level. You’ll need to understand the Salesforce products that are commonly leveraged in B2C solutions and how they work together and be familiar with most of the rest of the Salesforce ecosystem in enough detail to recognize when it might be worth bringing up or learning more about. While it doesn’t mean you’re an expert in everything, it’s more than just a casual understanding.
