So, we may be confused about how UAT can be a good phase to showcase our customer obsession. Well, to understand this, we need to review the definition of customer obsession. Customer obsession is to listen to your customer and see things from their perspectiveand enhance their user experience. Now, as we can see from the definition, it is very clear that customer obsession is also about the customer experience, and that can be greatly enhanced by enhancing the UAT phase, as that is the only phase where the customer will be heavily involved.
