Summary
In this chapter we learned about the generic concepts of application modules and their architecture and configuration. We also discussed many examples for using application modules. With this chapter, your understanding of business component fundamentals should be complete. Note that we will be revisiting the fine-tuning parameters available for application modules in Chapter 12, Oracle ADF Best Practices, with real life use cases.
In the coming chapters our focus will be more towards consuming the services exposed by the business components from the UI.
