Summary
Well, we have come to the end of our quick review of important DataRaptor and Integration Procedure formula performance considerations. We got a feel of the formula performance, looked at the powerful QUERY
function, and compared its performance with that of a standalone DataRaptor. We’ve also seen the impressive effect that filtering the input data may have on custom Apex formula functions. Armed with these insights, we can make better use of DataRaptor and Integration Procedure formulas.
And even more importantly, we looked at a few more practical examples of how to measure the performance impact of best practices. This will help us make more informed decisions about the fit of specific best practices in our specific OmniStudio application scenarios.
In the following chapter, we will look at some dangerous OmniStudio performance and scalability anti-patterns and ways for us to avoid them.
