We will use Jsoup to access the contents of an HTML page. Jsoup (https://jsoup.org/) is an API that works with HTML. It provides numerous classes and methods to access HTML pages. The Document Object Model (DOM) represents the contents of a web page.
It allows access to the contents of a web page and can be used from multiple languages. Jsoup provides access to DOM through Java methods.
Metadata is data about an entity. For a web page, this may include information such as the character encoding used for the page. We will also illustrate how this type of information can be obtained using Jsoup.
