Once you have finished editing your business rule, you should validate and save the business rule.
You must then activate the business rule. Until the rule has been activated, it will not be applied.
Click on the Activate button in the toolbar to activate your business rule. A dialog will be displayed for you to confirm that you want to activate the business rule, as shown in the following screenshot:

If you want to change an activated business rule, you must deactivate it before you can edit it.
