Aligning features to technology stacks
The first thing that we need to go through is the difference between product offerings and user licenses. We know that may sound simple, but when Salesforce starts to speak about their products, they will often intertwine the two. At the simplest layer, they break product offerings into two categories based on what population the process impacts.
