Exploring site moderation and users
Once you’re ready to open your site, you need to review how you plan to allow your users to access the site. While we touched on your options for user rollout in Table 13.1, we haven’t talked about some aspects of user management specific to Experience Cloud that are worth considering for ease of use and better client experience.
If you already know which users you need to pre-load, it might be worth provisioning them in advance, as discussed previously. However, if you plan to let your users self-register, allow Experience Cloud users to grant access to other users within their company, or have a specific timeframe when you need to deactivate users, you need to review a couple of other areas.
