Time for action – promoting offers
So let's configure promotion offers for our customers:
As an admin, navigate to the Around the Corner community from the Dockbar.
Now click on the Coupons tab from the top of the shopping portlet. The system displays the Coupons listing page.
Click on the Add Coupon button. The system will show an edit coupon page.
Enter the values as shown in the following screenshot and then click on the Save button:
The system will go back to the Coupons listing page.
Now click on the Categories tab from the top of the shopping portlet.
Enter Special Red in the search input box and click on the Search button. The system will display the Special Red item in the search result.
Click on the Special Red item. The system will display the item details view.
Click on the Add to Shopping Cart button. The system will display the shopping cart page.
Change the quantity of the item to 3 and Coupon Code field value to FLORENCE000123. It is the same code which we used for our discount coupon...
