Managing content

The Neighbors Congress is a non-profit organization. Below it there is a Security Council. This Security Council is responsible for residents' security in the neighborhood. It is also responsible for maintaining order at the neighborhood site.

Suppose that you are a member of the neighborhood Security Council who has the portal administrator role. You are in charge of content management at the neighborhood site.

Reviewing web content

A lot of web content has been created in the guest community. Everything is fine. However, we still need security personnel to supervise web content creation and update. How can this be done?

Liferay Portal has a web content list portlet that shows a list of all the web content created in a community. By clicking on the name of a piece of content, you can see the whole content.
