Sustainability funding
As we might expect, there is a cost to running an ESG or sustainability program for a building. Fortunately, regardless of your location, there is most likely a government-sponsored program to assist in defraying some or all these costs. We recommend that you review the programs available to you from your local, regional, state, provincial, territory, national, and federal government agencies. Often, utility providers will have rebate or discount programs available as well.
Sustainability funding programs come in many different formats, from money provided in advance to credits given later. Some of the program types we recommend you search locally include the following:
