As we conclude our exploration of CRM to ERP integrations, we have taken some time out to discuss briefly some of the directions that future integrations between CRM and ERP are going.

All software is moving towards the cloud, and it follows naturally that we will need to produce integrations between CRM and ERP that work on the cloud, if you have not done so already.

Smart phones and tablets have already become a daily part of our lives for many of us. It is, again to be expected, that the integration features that we talked about in this book will become available in a user-friendly and possibly more simple form in a mobile app.

Our customers are becoming more and more familiar with managing their accounts on the Web and on mobile apps, and this again is something that will need to be provided to give a best class customer service.
