Chapter 5. How to Build a Collections Management Integration
In previous chapters, we covered the design of a contact management integration and a sales management integration. In this chapter, we will design a collections management integration for sales users to chase overdue invoices.
We will use real-world scenarios for our fictional company, RideRight Bike Parts Company, to build up the use cases. We will then design CRM integrated workflows for those use cases.
In the advanced workshop at the end of the chapter, we will discuss alternative use cases so that you can tailor your integration to suit your particular business needs.
