In this chapter, you learned about the integration options for Dynamics 365 CE. We discussed two Microsoft applications: Power Automate and PowerApps. You learned about Power Automate, its plans and templates, and how to use the flow designer. You now understand how to create a sample application to send SMS notifications using Flow. Later, you learned how to create a sample application using PowerApps, where you grasped how to use PowerApps Studio and its controls. Finally, you learned how to create Dynamics 365 CE entity records using PowerApps.
In the next chapter, we will discuss how to write reports for Dynamics 365 using the Dynamics 365 CE Report Wizard and Visual Studio.
