The features and functions of both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV are almost the same. The most significant difference is the platform. Microsoft Dynamics NAV is built for on-premise deployment, while Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business central is built for cloud deployment.
