Deploying to Microsoft Azure

In this chapter, we will take our application to the next step and start its productization by deploying it to a production environment that is running in Azure. There is more than one option for hosting your backend services and application frontends in Azure, but I'll focus on only one of them, Azure App Service, as it is both powerful and easy to use. To make it simpler to teach the concepts, I'll first show you how to deploy it manually from Visual Studio, but by the end of this chapter, you will have learned how to create an automated build server in Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) to make repeatable tasks easy and with a lower risk of mistakes.
