Power Platform Maturity Model

The Power Platform Maturity Model is a framework that can be used to assess your level or organization’s adoption and maturity level. This framework has five levels: Level 100 is Initial, Level 200 is Repeatable, Level 300 is Defined, Level 400 is Capable, and Level 500 is Efficient. Let’s explore the goals and opportunities associated with each level:

  • Level 100, Initial: At this level, the goal is to introduce Power Platform and build awareness. Here, the organization might have individual department Power Apps apps or automate simple workflows. There is no overall strategy or governance approach. Opportunities to explore low-hanging fruit use cases with Power Platform can provide some quick wins. Identify and address any initial barriers or resistance to adoption. Start to build excitement around Power Platform.
