Replacing F&O Processes with Power Automate
In this chapter, we will learn how to extend the standard F&O workflow functionality into Microsoft Teams with Power Automate. We will learn about OData actions in Power Automate, how we can complete the approval process of an existing workflow, and how users can approve or reject them from Teams or via emails.
The scenario demonstrated in this chapter will be creating a purchase requisition and submitting the workflow in F&O. After this, Power Automate will process the approval in Teams or through an email. The purchase requisition will have the workflow enabled at the header level only.
