Allowing users to post content online and participate in discussions can certainly be a rich, intense, and rewarding learning experience. But it also opens the door to all sorts of arguments, disputes, and even verbal assaults from learners, not to mention the varying quality of the content being shared. This is not specific to Captivate Prime, though – just take a quick look at most social networks; you will realize that these issues arise as soon as content is shared and when people engage in discussions.
