Basic database properties

In this section, you will learn about all the basic properties that you can use inside a database. These properties include manual input properties that function in the same way as blocks on a page but are inserted into the metadata of the page in the database. They also include some automatic properties that, after inclusion, don't require any manual work.

Understanding all of these options will give you flexibility later on when you are looking to view the information in different database views. These properties can also be used to filter and sort information for personalized and contextual database views.

The Text property

The Text property is a simple text editor that allows you to enter any text style such as letters, numbers, symbols, and emojis. You can start a new line by using Shift + Enter while typing, giving you a different aesthetic in the property:
