Prerequisites and security roles required for creating a Business Process Flow

Before we start a discussion about the steps required to create a Business Process Flow in Dynamics 365, it is important to understand the prerequisite security privileges, which a user needs before being able to create and edit Business Process Flows. This is particularly important if you wish to give a user or end user the ability to design and use their own Business Process Flow. The following table summarizes the minimum privileges required to create, configure, and activate a Business Process Flow in Dynamics 365:
