In the previous chapter, we looked at how Power Automate flows can help you to automate a lot of business tasks without writing a single line of code. In this chapter, we will leverage the power of Power Virtual Agents (PVA) in the Health Scanner application, by authoring a chatbot that will help answer the end user's questions.
