User personas and user journeys within a business process
Knowing the users of an application and their needs, wants, and limitations are the key to user acceptance, as was shown in the following section. Business processes and thus the corresponding applications usually have different types of users, with different interests and responsibilities. The design and implementation team should have a common understanding about the intended users, including their responsibilities.
